So, you want to know how to bake salmon, huh?
Salmon is one of those easy dinners that are taken out of the package, slathered with butter and lemon, popped in the oven, and then can be eaten right after it’s cooked.
If you’re in a rush to make dinner, don’t fret– with a couple of fillets, salmon is not only healthy, but filled with omega-3s and other nutritional benefits!
The salmon I always get is wild-caught, and it’s at a good price at your wholesale foods market like Sams Club or Costco. If you’re not just buying one little fillet, I suggest buying over at those two locations.
Once you butter and place the lemons on your salmon, pop it into the oven and wait for your delicious meal to cook!
I actually made this salmon to make for bentos (now that I’m going to school full-time), and it’s great with green beans, mushrooms and onions, and some rice!
Also, don’t be afraid to venture out and add other seasonings onto this salmon, like pepper and minced garlic (which I put in the recipe card). Experiment and try out new flavors! You never know~
Enjoy! <3
